2010 FTTH Conference & Expo Announces LATAM Keynote Speaker

 

The FTTH Council is pleased to announce that Telefonica Brazil's André Kriger will be the 2010 LATAM Keynote Speaker for FTTH - All Fiber, All the Way!! André Kriger was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1976. He is married with four sons. Mr Kriger studied at FAE Faculdade de Administração e Economia in Curitiba, Brazil where he received a BA in Business Administration and at FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College where he received a MBA. His early career was in Oliver Wyman management consulting where he worked for 8 years and developed several projects for the major telecom and IT providers in Brazil.   In 2009 Mr Kriger joined Telefonica´s fixed operation in Brazil where he was put in charge of coordinating the company´s quality efforts turnaround along the with the newly appointed COO. From January 2010 Mr Kriger has been appointed as the Director responsible for the FTTx project within Telefonica in Brazil with a cross-business unit and end-to-end responsibility.
