Frequently Asked Questions



1. What is included in the Conference Pass?

The Conference Pass includes access to all Track and Panel Sessions, General Sessions, Keynotes, and the Expo Hall for the three (3) days. The Welcome Reception on Monday, three (3) continental breakfasts, two (2) luncheon, refreshments breaks and conference materials.

2. What is included in the Expo Pass?

The Expo Pass includes access to the Expo Hall for the three (3) days, the Welcome Reception on Monday, and one (1) luncheon in Expo Hall on Tuesday.

3. What is included in the Day Pass?

The Day Pass includes access to all Sessions, Keynotes, Expo Hall, Food & Beverage events and Conference Materials for the purchased day only.

4. What is included in the Post-Conference Workshops?

The Post-Conference Workshop includes access to refreshment break and Post-Conference Workshop materials for the day of the workshop.

5. I need to cancel my registration, How should I do it?

If cancellation of your conference registration is necessary, notification MUST be sent by email and receive confirmation of cancellation notice received to FTTH Conference Registration by the registration manager. All Conference cancellations made by August 23, 2010, will be accepted subject to a CANCELLATION FEE of $200.00. There will be no refunds issued after August 23, 2010.

6. What is included in a Press Pass?

The Conference Pass includes access to all Track and Panel Sessions, General Sessions, Keynotes, and the Expo Hall for the three (3) days. The Welcome Reception on Monday, three (3) continental breakfasts, two (2) lunch, refreshments breaks and Conference Press Kit.

7.  May I substitute my participation without cancelling?

A conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. However, the substitution request MUST be sent by email to the registration manager, by 5:00PM on August 23, 2010 to be accepted as a substitution and not as a cancellation. Substitution cannot be accepted after August 23, 2010.

8. I would like to use a complimentary pass as per my companies Exhibitor/Sponsor contract. How do I register?

Links will be given to your company’s Exhibitor/Sponsor Liaison by mid-April. Please contact your company's exhibit/sponsorship manager to process your request for a complimentary pass.
